In our chronic disease cohort, the accuracy of wearables in measuring steps can be poor. Different gait types & speed affects measurement.

Anyone who says that rheumatic irAEs aren’t a serious irAE hasn’t met my pts, or @cappelliMD’s, or @CCalabreseDO’s @LCalabreseDO’s, or ⬇️list.
It can be at least as brutal as the cancer, so my pts tell me, & @jhrheumatology has the numbers to prove it.

1. Pain w/ measuring BP (BP cuff test) sens 69%, spec 80%= FM
2. Recurrent troch/anserine bursitis - take off shoes and watch them walk might see hallux rigidis, over pronation- (my hint: look for leg length discrepancy as well)
