I see this all the time and appreciate your approach. I also find the 2 comments interesting. My question is how severe are her symptoms? Is the Naproxen providing any relief? If she is improved, why do any further lab testing at all? If the naproxen is not managing her symptoms and the ESR or CRP is elevated then are the rest of the tests indicated? The shotgun approach does help avoid having to do another lab draw.
