*⃣Nutrition plays a role in inflammation in RMD & co-morbidities. What you eat matters!
*⃣ LImit salt, replace w/ herbs
*⃣ Consume low glycemic index foods.
Soda ⬆️risk of RA in women
*⃣⬆️omega-3 ⬇️omega-6 (dairy, eggs)
