Thank you for sharing your stories. I am so happy that I am not the only one that feels the daily injustices committed against my patients. Physicians don’t burn out- they suffer a daily moral injury. We forget to talk about the high amounts of prednisone consumed with the drug switches and untimely authorization processes. This has to change. The current situation is hopeless. We can only do the best we can with what we got. Thank you for your experienced insights !
