I would like to add a question to the next "Curbside"? 45 yo Woman with RA. Currently on Enbrel and Plaquenil. Dose appropriate plaquenil. Attempted to discontinue with the onset of tinnitus - but she worsens off of it.The question revolves around an MRI brain performed where lesions suggestive for demyelination were returned (Neurology rules out MS). The tinnitus not related to the lesions. So, the question, in a woman doing well on Enbrel would these asymptomatic lesions be reason to stop the Enbrel?
