Thanks for having Dr. Ruiz-Irastorza write this important article. I've been using his method the past few years with great success... more remissions and much less po steroids. Everyone should print out table 3 from Porta et al's article... it goes into great detail but made very simple in table form. I hope the ACR includes this important non-genomic effect stance in the next SLE Guidelines:
