I hope you’re doing well.
Did you have experience to treating Aromatase inhibitor-induced arthralgia (AIA)?

I have old female patients with breast cancer, I tried with her prednisone, NSAID, and duloxetine without improvement.
I did a literature review, but I couldn’t find evidence support to used MTX, or anti inflammatory biological agents.

I am looking for your experts opinion.
