Prof Mariette: the level of RF does not always correlate with the level of cryoglobulins. However on the converse if you are treating cryo vasculitis you should treat to reduction of RF titre. Resurgence of RF often signifies relapse. #eular2019 @RheumNow

@RheumNow #EULAR2019 #op0140 #giacta cumulative steroid dose was lower in patients asigned to weekly tcz initially. Flares where resolved with tcz alone in 15 days.
