There is an entity we face in managing OA patients frequently that is not adequately studied or addressed. That is inflammatory OA which is very destructive and causes much in particular hand dysfunction in patients. We don't know what's best to do in these patients. Anything you have found that is helpful? Should this not be characterized and studied further?
