2026 EULAR Press Release
People with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMD) are at risk of a number of comorbidities, from cardiovascular diseases to cognitive impairment and fractures. The 2026 EULAR Congress showcased new data and ideas around various comorbidities and drug safety issues in people with an RMD – highlighting the need for integrated care. Kicking off Clinical Abstracts: Comorbidities in RA session at #EULAR2026 with #OP084
ANCHOR-RA found 9.1% at-risk RA patients had previous undiagnosed ILD on screening HRCT. Older age, smoking, male sex & ⬆️DAS28 linked to RA-ILD. Important data for earlier detection @RheumNow
