ANCA can occur with infection such as TB and SBE. If both p and cANCA are + think of cocaine esp with methamizole added. pANCA is more nonspecific and even can occur in IBD. Use clinical judgement. Study of ANCA PR3 (7%) & 0% MPO in TB FRI0649 #EULAR2019 @RheumNow
