HSS Study of 136 SLE flares post-vax:
👉100 (74%) w/expected AE (headache/myalgias)
👉11 (8.1%) pts with SLE flare
👉Majority of flares were mild-mod & occurred w/in 1 week of vaccination
👉Most resolved w/in 7 days.

Dr. Katie Liao presented an observational study comparing SLE pts who were Ro neg (n=208) vs Ro pos (n=185).
More of the (+)Ro pts had:
⬆️Adjusted mean SLEDIA >4
⬆️Proteinuria
⬆️Neutropenia,+RF, +dsDNA, and low C3 or C4
⬆️Discoid or malar rash
