- Rotavirus vaccination can be administered according to the vaccination schedule in infants with in utero exposure to any TNFi bDMARD (LoE/GoR: 2b/B). BCG vaccination should be delayed for 6 months in infants with in utero exposure to TNFi bDMARDs with transplacental transfer during the second half of pregnancy (ie, adalimumab, golimumab, and infliximab after gestational week 20; etanercept after gestational week 32) (LoE/GoR: 2b/B). Certolizumab has minimal to no transplacental transfer and does not require any alteration to the infant vaccination schedule (LoE/GoR: 2b/B).
