Screening for ILD in RA patients:
CXR and PFTs by themselves are close to a waste of time.
When it comes to screening (high-risk) RA patients, it’s HRCT (or lung USS) or nothing really.

METOGiA: MTX 52w vs TCZ 52w for GCA
MTX didn’t achieve non-inferiority to TCZ, but:
- clearly it does something
- continue both >1y: after MTX/TCZ therapy ended, they ended up with same relapse-free survival, cumulative GC
