This may be a bizarre question, but, what exactly is meant by holding a biolgic for one dosing schedule? e.g. If someone receives infliximab Q8 weeks do you give at the end of the 8 weeks or wait an additional 8 weeks then administer - in either scenario, what if that same drug is administered Q4-6 weeks?
