Art...believe me, I have a long list of things that should also be buried, but I didnt want to pick too many fights with one blog. RS3PE and Palindromic Rheumatism are on that list. These are labels we use when we dont really have a diagnosis. The problem of "labeling" is that it stops thinking and ongoing reassessment. In rheumatology, if you dont have a "red flag" condition at the outset....there is no rush! Let time be your best diagnostic tool! JC
