This was a very good article on a confusing subject. I am still confused as to what the 3rd party payors get from this. Do they split the rebate profit with the PBMs , and is it really more profitable for them than just negotiating a lower overall price with the manufacturers with a smaller rebate ?? Jef Lieberman
