Hi Jack, Wonderful article and especially meaningful for me as I retire in 5 days after 34 years in solo practice! You know when you decide to "hang up your spikes" to continue the League of Your Own analogy, the most gratifying of all are the wonderful and kind words and notes you receive from your patients.
