Jack... well put. Your post is very similar to many days I have. All it takes is one of these days to make up for the very stressful days. I often read how there are physicians who are unhappy with their "jobs"... such as some of the things I read on Sermo.com . However, as a rheumatologist, I just cannot identify with those disappointed feelings, and I am constantly reminded of how fortunate I am.
