MDH - I worry about taking advice from a website that makes lists of reported dangers, but has no perspective or analysis. Many of these ILD associations come from Japan where that population is at much higher constitutive risk for ILD (just as they are at higher risk for hepatitis for instance). My advice on this case discounts many of the reported drug associations largely because they have not been retested in other populations, are sporadic reports or have not been proven by systematic analyses.
