A systematic review of preconception predictors of pregnancy outcomes in women with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) highlighted lupus nephritis, chronic hypertension, SLE disease activity and secondary antiphospholipid syndrome as predictors of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
