In this study by Stoots et al, #lupus pts w/ ⬇️ CV risk (accdg to ASCVD risk calc) had significantly abn. CAC vs. controls and assoc with:
🦋Older age, ⬇️GFR, ⬆️TC&LDL, longer dse duration.

More data needed but consider regular CV screens in these pts
