I agree totally....and I knew that digging a grave for MCTD might mean that I may have to fill it as there are so many still using MCTD terminology. My main point that you better ellucidated, is that MCTD is too often misused and without regard for the original depiction. Maybe we should let the epidemiologists dolle out XX number of MCTD diagnostic cards to each rheumatologist - if you use yours up before Valentines day.....you should worry. Thanks JC
