2 HIV+ pts with HLH (MAS) successfully Rx w/ JAKi - ruxolitinib. Both had high fevers, severe pancytopenia, hypofibrinogenemia, hypertriglyceridemia, & increased ferritin, BMBx Hemophagocytosis, splenomegaly.
