Adverse Effects of Low-Dose Methotrexate from the CIRT Trial

Low-dose methotrexate (LD-MTX) was studied in high risk cardiac patients in the cardiac intervention trial (CIRT), but was prematurely ended for not showing a change in cardiovascular event rates.
