We have one case of 52 year old post menopause women with Bicytopenia , low platelets upto 15000 , low hemoglobin up to 4.5gm/DL. .no joint pain and swelling , only arthralgia and no other autoimmune symptoms except sicca symptoms .. but ANA , SSA other autoantibodies panel are negative , normal LDH . Vitb12 and folate are normal.
Bone marrow hypocellular . With low platelets count .. no other abnormal cells .. done two times in primary center.
She is not obese . We are clueless for the diagnosis .. what’s your opinion please . Thanks
Scurvy open my mind .. may be some vitamins deficiency?
