Friday was a mega-day in Madrid as this day all the late-breaking (LB) abstracts were presented, in addition to the bulk of high-impact podium presentations in several areas.

Rituximab May Benefit Rheumatoid Lung

A single-center, uncontrolled, 10-year follow-up study of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) shows that treatment with rituximab (RTX) in patients with RA-related interstitial lung disease (RA-ILD) may forestall ILD progression.

Review of Rheumatic Sxs with Immune checkpoint inhibitors - Common are inflammatory arthritis, PMR & myositis. Non-MSK Sxs include sicca, vasculitides and sarcoidosis. SLE and scleroderma are extremely rare. Majority can be Rx w/ steroids. https://t.co/hku5L7hypo
